African butchery has evolved over the years to become a celebrated tradition in itself. Many styles of food preperation such as drying meats, curing and hanging meats first arose out of neccesity, however many tasty and imaginative creations were developed because of this, resulting in the style of African butchery we have today. Stuart Francis aims to incorporate African butchery into his produce and deliver an array of South African products and products of Zimbabwe to the UK.
