Zimbabwe and South Africa are two countries on the continent of Africa that have great history and traditions. The landscapes of Africa provide a great environment for diverse wildlife, hence Zimbabwe and South Africa have a tradition in exotic cusine and a fabulous array of wild meat. Boerewors and Braii

Boerewors come in an array of different flavours, spicy boerewors, garlic boerewors and chicken boerewors, meaning that there is a boerewors for everyone at the next braii. A braii is an Africaans term that is an equivalent to a bbq. So in the summer time you can throw another boerewors on the braii, but if the weather is no good you can use a grill or fryer, boer's don't have to be braiied.
